I'm not sure I'm convinced that Spike and Dru never had sex after that time in Prague, but a case could be made. It was strongly suggested in "School Hard" that they weren't doing it while she was sick, Spike seemed pretty frustrated in that wheelchair, and if Dru was mad enough at him over the Acathla thing I can see her cutting him off. *nods* But for this story I'm tending toward more of a brother/sister type connection between them. A Simon/River kind of deal, I guess, where "Simon" is less condescending.
