LOL - at this point, I'm not sure if Spike likes pRon is canon or fanon. Perhaps bit of both? I don't see him having a big problem with the seeing women as commodities, as he wouldn't personally be seeing them as such, and I don't know if the demon would care if anyone else did - as long as they weren't being abused in front of him. (Which may well be an after the soul response).

I think Spike is extremely loyal and faithful to the woman he loves, but I don't think that prevents him from noticing and enjoying other women's looks. (as long as Buffy doesn't catch him doing it....) And if he's not with Buffy in any significant way, I can see him indulging in some ogling in a fit of temper. ;)
