Sounds about right. I wonder if I'll see half the movies I do once McDiva has flown. Of course, MiAmor is a big consumer of the media, so perhaps I'll still keep a hand in.

Lately, we seem to be splitting up for movie-going. I'll take her when he's off doing something or has a deadline, he'll take her when I'm busy, and then she goes with her friends. It's been awhile since we all three went at the same time.

Of course, we still watch a ton of stuff at home. Maybe once a week or so we'll have the neighbors up for a viewing. I think MiAmor watches "The Avengers" almost weekly, after I've gone to bed.

But I'm droning on. "Attack the Block" is definitely a monster movie, but I loved that the characters are revealed to be more than you initially think, and hardly any are cyphers, even if their introduction makes you think you've got them figured out. Not everybody loves it like I do, though, so I hate to build up expectations. One of my film pro friends says it's a perfect film school film. At first I thought that must not be a good thing, but she meant that it was thought through completely. She adored it.
