I'm not sure that being "fond of women and their bodies" is best expressed in viewing same in a commercial setting, as it were. I mean, both men who like women and men who are raving misogynists view porn, so it's not really proof of either mindset. Willingness to accept womens bodies as commodities is problematic for a guy who claims utmost respect for women, however, which is why it seemed weird to me in AtS S5.
However, having read plenty of fic wherein Spike is a stripper, I do not feel I can cast stones. ;-)
